The 6th International City Culture Forum, organized by the China Times Media Group (Hong Kong), was successfully held at the Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore. This year’s forum, themed “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Urban Culture and Its Future Development”, brought together distinguished experts, scholars, and artists from various fields to focus on cutting-edge issues in artificial intelligence and to explore new pathways for the development of urban culture.

Dr. Xi Hongwei, Vice President of the Singapore Weiqi Association, reflected on Singapore’s inherent lack of deep Weiqi traditions while highlighting how the emergence of AI Go programs such as AlphaGo has brought revolutionary change to the game. Drawing from his own experiences, he explored opportunities for collaboration between Weiqi and artificial intelligence.

Master Tan Junrong, Founder of Zhengdao Group, Chief Feng Shui Consultant, and Vice President of the International Feng Shui Association, examined the philosophical parallels between AI databases and the profound concepts of the I Ching in Feng Shui. He emphasized how AI could inspire greater artistic creativity, enabling humanity to transcend limitations in emotional and creative expression.
