On December 27, the Inaugural Singapore Chinese F&B Networking Gala was grandly held at Blue Label Marina Music-Themed Restaurant (East Coast). As the New Year approached, more than a hundred leading figures from the Chinese F&B industry, together with representatives from Chinese-language media, gathered in Lion City to welcome a new era of dining and to discuss fresh directions for the industry’s development.

To express gratitude for the long-standing support and trust of the F&B sector, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, together with Wuliangye, proudly sponsored the event, presenting guests with a delightful feast for the senses that paired fine cuisine with premium spirits. The atmosphere at the dinner was warm and spirited—guests raised their glasses, shared toasts, and celebrated together. The dedication and pioneering spirit of every F&B professional seemed to melt into each glass of fine liquor, as the rich aroma of Sichuan baijiu once again filled Lion City.

Today, Singapore’s Chinese F&B scene continues to grow and flourish. Cuisines from across China have entered mainstream Singapore society, and more local residents and international visitors are increasingly recognising and appreciating Chinese civilisation through its culinary culture. As the saying goes, “No banquet is complete without wine.” In expanding the Chinese baijiu market, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd has always regarded the F&B trade as a key sales channel. After decades of deep engagement with the restaurant sector, the company has firmly established a strong distribution network within the dining industry, covering numerous Chinese restaurants.

Looking ahead, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd will continue to broaden and deepen its partnerships with F&B enterprises. Through closer, more comprehensive collaboration, the company aims to achieve mutual growth and shared success with its industry partners.
