On 19 July, the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Tasting & Media Exchange, jointly organised by Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd and Xiang Tian Xia Hotpot Restaurant, was successfully held. The event specially invited representatives from multiple Singapore media outlets to attend the tasting session. The baijiu tasting was hosted by Ms Xu Huan, a National-Level Baijiu Taster and Senior Tasting Specialist from Luzhou Laojiao.
At the beginning of the session, Ms Xu guided the guests into the world of Chinese baijiu, starting with an introduction to the brewing processes and characteristics of the four major baijiu aroma styles. Through her explanations, guests were able to experience the unique charm of Chinese baijiu.
As a representative of China’s strong-aroma baijiu, Luzhou Laojiao drew particular attention, with Guojiao 1573 being the flagship product of the Luzhou Laojiao series. Guests were filled with curiosity. From cultural philosophy, brewing techniques, product characteristics to ecological environment, Ms Xu provided a comprehensive introduction, officially opening a Guojiao 1573 tasting journey.

At the event, Ms Xu introduced a complete Guojiao 1573 tasting method — observe, smell, touch, taste, listen, and reflect. Guests followed the guidance attentively, some even taking notes, clearly showing their anticipation for tasting Guojiao 1573.
Next came the most exciting segment — DIY fine spirits with the master. After listening to the master’s detailed explanations, everyone could not wait to personally blend their own unique, exclusive bottle of fine baijiu.
Seeing everyone so focused on experimenting with baijiu blending,

At this moment, everyone once again experienced the feeling of being a student,
carefully consulting the master,
learning how to blend a smoother and more aromatic baijiu.
The entire venue was filled with rich aromas,
