The rhythmic beat of drums marked the farewell to the old year,
as lively lion dances leapt into action to welcome the New Year.
The God of Wealth scattered sweets symbolising prosperity among the guests,
while two dancing lions rolled and leapt gracefully, presenting everyone with an auspicious Spring couplet filled with festive blessings.

The celebration coincided with the birthday of Mr Koh Kuan Cheng, President of the Singapore Chinese Association. Members specially prepared a beautiful birthday cake for him, adding to the warmth and joy of the occasion.

Both Mr Koh Kuan Cheng (President of the Singapore Chinese Association) and
Mr Yeo Wei Long (President of the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association)
have played important roles in fostering friendship between Singapore and China.
We look forward to even more exchanges and cooperation across various fields in the future.

Crafted using China’s finest premium baijiu, these three cocktails featured subtle fruit aromas and distinctive flavour profiles from carefully selected ingredients.
The sharp intensity of high-proof baijiu was softened through expert mixing, while still preserving the essence of each base spirit—attracting many guests who were eager to explore and experience something new.
