Global Culinary Journey of Dream Blue Manual Class – The Singapore of Dream Blue

On October 29, the overseas event of the national-level gourmet IP “The Chinese Banquet”, jointly created by Xinhua News Agency and Yanghe Dream Blue Handcrafted Edition, — Global Culinary Journey of Dream Blue Manual Class – The Singapore of Dream Blue — was grandly launched in Singapore.

Mr. Charles Oon, Chairman of Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd and President of the Singapore China Baijiu Association, was invited to attend the grand banquet, sharing fine liquor and cultural exchanges with guests from China and Singapore.

This event gathered prominent guests from various fields, including:

Following its debut in Bangkok, “The Chinese Banquet” once again joined hands with Dream Blue Handcrafted Edition to host an overseas banquet.
A table of China-Singapore fusion cuisine allowed guests to savor delicacies while experiencing the warmth of Chinese culture and diplomacy — achieving “flavors connecting China and the world, emotions linking hearts across the seas.”

During the dinner, several guests delivered remarkable speeches, including Mr. Shen Liguo, Chief Representative of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce Representative Office in Singapore (Photo 1).

As an important stop in the overseas chapter of “The Chinese Banquet”, the Singapore event not only showcased the cultural depth of Chinese banquets but also reflected the global spread of Chinese baijiu culture.

Here, every clinking of glasses became an exchange of thoughts and culture, injecting vibrant practice into the internationalization of Chinese national brands and allowing Chinese and foreign cultures to beautifully blend amidst the fireworks and aroma of liquor in the Lion City.
