Recently, Singapore China Baijiu Pte. Ltd. was honoured to be invited to the 50th anniversary gala dinner of Golden International Holding, joining distinguished guests from various sectors to celebrate this milestone.
Ms Lin Deng Li (Photo 3), Founder and Chairman of Golden International Holding and President of the Singapore Huaxia Cultural Promotion Association, has actively promoted cultural exchange over the years. Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd has also long supported the Association’s activities, and the two organisations share a longstanding friendship.
The distinguished attendees included Mr Chan Soo Sen (Photo 1), former Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Community Development and Sports, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as well as former President of the Singapore-Suzhou Industrial Park;
H.E Mr Cao Zhongming (Photo 2), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Singapore;
and Mr Seng Han Thong (Photo 6, left), former Member of Parliament of Singapore, among others. Together, they witnessed this important milestone.
Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd Attends Golden International Holding’s 50th Anniversary Celebration
At the gala dinner, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd presented a congratulatory flower stand and provided Kweichow Moutai baijiu for the VIP tables, adding a festive touch to the celebration with the fragrance of fine baijiu.
Other attendees included Mr Chua Thian Poh (Photo 5, left), Honorary President of the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations and former President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry; and Professor Mr Wu Wei (Photo 4, right), Founding Dean of the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration at Nanyang Technological University, where he oversaw the “Mayors’ Class” programme; former Associate Dean of NTU’s Faculty of Arts; President of the Singapore-China Economic, Trade, Science, Technology and Cultural Exchange Association; and Honorary Professor at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd received a certificate of appreciation presented by Mr Jiang Guoquan (Photo 8, right), representing the President’s Challenge, and Ms Lin Deng Li (Photo 8, left), Founder and Chairman of Golden International Holding and President of the Singapore Huaxia Cultural Promotion Association, in recognition of the company’s support for the event.
The evening also featured lively singing performances. Ms Lin Deng Li joined other guests on stage, including Mr Zhuang Jie (Photo 9, front row, second from right), tenor, Head of Voice at the Raffles College of Higher Education, and postgraduate vocal instructor, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
Moving forward, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd will continue to support local cultural activities and promote cultural exchange through baijiu.
