In each episode, one featured restaurant will be invited to take part in the filming. Through the lens, we will showcase the restaurant’s ambience, kitchen in action, and signature dishes. The restaurant’s founder or representative will also introduce its story, unique culinary style, and cultural background, giving viewers a deeper understanding of the food and philosophy behind each establishment.

Our Story

Baijiu is becoming an important vehicle for spreading traditional Chinese culture, and its long history of brewing is closely related to Chinese civilization, complementing each other.
