After three years of construction, Our Tampines Hub was officially opened on 6 August 2017 (Sunday) by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. It is Singapore’s largest integrated community and lifestyle hub, covering an area of 5.7 hectares, equivalent to about seven football fields.
Our Tampines Hub offers the public a wide variety of activities and facilities! It is truly an excellent lifestyle hub in eastern Singapore, especially as it features many amenities that are highly suitable for family life. One highlight that must be mentioned is the Our Tampines Hub swimming complex, which has become increasingly popular. There isn’t just one or two pools — there are six swimming pools in total, including a children’s pool, a jacuzzi pool, a wading pool, a competition pool for professional swimmers, and other pools designed to cater to swimmers of different ages and skill levels.
If you enjoy running, put on your running shoes and try the new rooftop running track! This elevated track is open to all running enthusiasts. It operates daily from 7am to 12am, with a total length of 1.1 kilometres. The scenery along the track is beautiful, allowing you to enjoy the view while running and making the experience even more enjoyable. Thoughtfully, shower and changing facilities are also provided — offering comprehensive amenities to support a healthier lifestyle.
You can also find many other activities here, such as free movie screenings every weekend, sports facilities, and a library. Our Tampines Hub caters to people from all walks of life, ensuring that everyone can find activities that suit their interests and needs.
