Chinese Baijiu Shines at a Singapore Charity Singing Competition, Where Fine Spirits on the Palate Tell the Brilliant Story of Chinese Culture!

On the evening of October 24, the Finals & Gala Dinner of the 1st Millennium Charity Singing Competition, jointly organised by Millennium Tower, Singapore Enterprise Cooperative, and the Singapore Health & Beauty Industry Association, and generously sponsored by Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, kicked off with great excitement at Happy Garden Hotel!

The competition invited renowned Singapore artiste Mr Chen Jianbin as the emcee. Distinguished guests including Mr Tan Kok Meng, Chief Executive Director of the People’s Association of Singapore (former Chief of Army), Mr Ho Kok Chai, President of the Singapore Kwangtung Hui Kuan, and Mr Yun Weilong, Chairman of Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, were present to witness this exquisite cultural showcase together with many honoured guests.

That evening, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd also specially invited a well-known local bartender to freshly craft Guojiao 1573 baijiu cocktails for guests. Drawn by the beautifully designed cocktail booth and the uniquely flavoured baijiu cocktails, many guests stopped by to savour the drinks.

This charity singing competition attracted more than 30 contestants, who competed passionately and sang for love and charity. A series of classic Mandarin songs such as “Jiu’er,” “Legend,” and “In the Place Where Peach Blossoms Bloom” were performed, earning rounds of applause from judges, audiences, and enthusiastic supporters. After two hours of intense competition, contestant Chen Risheng moved both judges and audience with his performance of “Wandering Notes,” ultimately clinching the championship title.
