The Fragrance of Crab on the Lips, the Aroma of Wine Filling Heaven and Earth!
On the evening of October 6, Clarke Quay—one of Singapore’s most famous landmarks—was buzzing with excitement as a “romantic encounter” between Moutai fine liquor and hairy crab was perfectly staged!




This exquisite food-and-wine feast was jointly hosted by Moutai’s Singapore distributor — Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd and Marina Bay Live Seafood Restaurant. Taking place at the peak of hairy crab season, the event aimed to bring together Moutai fans in Lion City and food lovers alike—to make friends through cuisine and share emotions over fine liquor.

As night fell and city lights came alive, Clarke Quay by the river grew even more enchanting. With guests arriving gracefully, restaurant staff presented plate after plate of aromatic hairy crabs and signature dishes. With wine and crab on the table, guests immersed themselves in the feast. Many remarked that Moutai paired with hairy crab is an exceptionally delightful combination—the distinctive sauce aroma intertwining with the rich, golden crab roe, creating layers of flavour that linger endlessly on the palate.
