On 18 April, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd featured at 67 Pall Mall Singapore to host Liquid Liaisons, a baijiu tasting and networking session.
67 Pall Mall Singapore is a globally renowned private members’ wine club, bringing together wine enthusiasts and collectors from around the world, and serving as a key platform for premium wine appreciation in Singapore.
The event was held in a members-only setting, presenting Chinese baijiu products and culture to club members, and fostering greater understanding and exchange between different drinking traditions.
During the tasting session, a selection of Chinese baijiu was showcased, including Kweichow Moutai Flying Fairy, Junpin Xi Jiu, and Jian Nan Chun, highlighting the diversity of baijiu styles.
From the rich depth of sauce aroma to the full-bodied intensity of strong aroma, different flavour profiles unfolded in the glass and were reinterpreted through conversation.
Moutai, Junpin Xi Jiu and Jian Nan Chun stood out during the tasting, comparative sampling, guests gained a clearer understanding of their distinctive styles, drawing increased interest and attention.
This event provided a valuable platform to promote and enhance the awareness of Chinese baijiu among Singapore’s premium consumer audience.
