On 1 August, the 6th Chan Soo Sen Cup Graphic Xiangqi Tournament was held at the Singapore Xiangqi General Association. The tournament is one of the association’s annual activities held in conjunction with Racial Harmony Day, promoting cultural exchange and interaction among different communities through the game of xiangqi.

Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd has been a long-time supporter of the tournament and once again participated this year with Moutai, supporting the promotion of traditional Chinese culture.
At the event, Moutai was showcased alongside the tournament, complementing the spirit of xiangqi. While xiangqi embodies strategy and wisdom, baijiu carries history and culture. Together, they create a unique cultural connection. The tournament not only provided players with a platform to compete and exchange ideas but also allowed more participants to gain a deeper appreciation of traditional Chinese culture through the game.
A Battle of Minds on the Chessboard
Throughout the competition, players carefully considered each move and engaged in intense battles of strategy. The Chua Sian Chin Cup Graphic Chinese Chess Open Tournament serves as a valuable platform for players to sharpen their skills and exchange experiences, while also introducing more people to Chinese culture and promoting its continued appreciation and development.
Tournament Concludes, Winners Announced
After a series of exciting matches, the 6th Chua Sian Chin Cup Graphic Chinese Chess Individual Open Tournament came to a successful close.
