Beginning with Moutai Dry Red Wine
In 2003, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd recognized the love Singaporeans had for wine and introduced the oriental-flavored Moutai Dry Red Wine into the local market, aiming to create a new era for Moutai wine in Singapore. However, at that time, many Singaporeans were unfamiliar with Chinese-made products, and in terms of price, it was not as competitive as wines from Western countries. The response was less than ideal.
Opening the First Local Moutai Specialty Store
In 2005, Mr. Yun Weilong, Chairman of Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, visited Moutai Town in Guizhou and witnessed the entire Moutai baijiu brewing process firsthand, which left him deeply impressed. He then set his sights on the Moutai baijiu market in Singapore, and in 2006, opened the first Moutai Specialty Store in Singapore. Since then, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd and the Singapore China Moutai Specialty Store have shouldered the mission and responsibility of promoting and carrying forward Moutai and Chinese baijiu culture, becoming an important force in introducing Chinese baijiu culture in Singapore.


Deeply Cultivating the Market, Step by Step
After more than a decade of cultivating Singapore’s Chinese baijiu industry, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd has brought the brand image and rich national heritage of Moutai closer to the hearts of locals through a wide variety of cultural promotional activities, allowing Chinese drinking culture to continuously take root and grow in the Singapore market. By creatively integrating cultural marketing, emotional marketing, and media marketing, the company has achieved remarkable results locally. As baijiu gained recognition, more restaurants and luxury hotels began introducing Chinese baijiu, further stimulating demand and creating significant growth opportunities for Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd’s distribution business.
