Into the World of Baijiu is a cultural exploration series launched by Singapore China Baijiu Pte. Ltd.
Through a combination of on-site visits and storytelling, the program takes viewers deep into the origins, terroir, brewing techniques, and cultural history of Chinese baijiu.
Led by the IP guides Mr Baijiu Yun Weilong and Mr Baijiu Tianan, the series offers a full-spectrum journey—from landscapes and geography to the creation of a single drop of baijiu. It allows audiences to rediscover the true value and charm of baijiu through travel and observation.

Into the World of Baijiu | Zunyi Renhuai • Maotai Town EP1
Everyone has heard of Moutai—but standing on the land of Maotai Town reveals a completely different feeling.
Starting from the Guojiu Gate, one of the most symbolic entrances to China’s baijiu world, the journey continues along the Meijiu River, where cliff carvings and flowing water tell stories of the liquor town.
Crossing the Chishui River suspension bridge, the team experiences the local culture and atmosphere of the wine region. The episode ends at the Red Army Four Crossing Chishui Memorial Park, reflecting on a powerful chapter of history and heroism.

Into the World of Baijiu | Zunyi Renhuai • Maotai Town EP2
In this episode, Tianan and Xiao Mao continue their journey into the world of baijiu in Maotai Town.
They cross the magnificent Huajiang Canyon Bridge, overlooking the grandeur of mountains and rivers. They visit the China Wine Culture City, where they encounter the “Wine God” and experience thousands of years of wine culture heritage. At the peak of Tianyan Scenic Area (Xishan Summit), they overlook the entire Maotai Town.
They then step into the Kweichow Moutai Distillery and visit Moutai Institute, as well as the iconic “World’s No.1 Bottle,” capturing memories of this wine journey. The trip concludes at the Moutai International Hotel.

In this episode, we follow Tian’an into Xishui County.
Starting from the layered terraces of Xishui, we experience the grandeur of the mountainous landscape. Travelling along the middle reaches of the Chishui River, we feel the unique relationship between water and baijiu culture. We then step into the historic Tucheng Ancient Town, where traces of time are deeply preserved.
At the Xijiu Culture City, we explore the story behind every bottle of baijiu. The journey concludes at the Xijiu East Gate, witnessing the brand’s development alongside its era.

In this episode, we continue following Tian’an into Xishui County.
We begin at the Xujiazhai Wine Storage Area, where we observe how time quietly matures a fine spirit. We then visit the Xijiu Company Operations Centre to understand the process and system behind every bottle of baijiu.
Next, we return to the Xijiu Culture City, experiencing its different atmosphere from day to night and discovering the unique rhythm of this “wine city.” The journey concludes with a night view of Xijiu, leaving us with a lingering sense of warmth and reflection from the trip.

In this episode, we continue following Tian’an to Yibin, Sichuan.
We begin at the lush and rolling Shunan Bamboo Sea, taking in the tranquil scenery of endless bamboo landscapes. We then arrive at Yibin, known as the “First City of the Yangtze River,” and experience the unique charm of this renowned “City of Baijiu.”
The journey continues with a walk through Lizhuang Ancient Town, where history and cultural heritage are deeply preserved. We conclude at the China Liquor Market, where the lively atmosphere reflects the vibrancy and everyday spirit of Chinese baijiu culture.

In this episode, we continue following Tian’an into Yibin, Sichuan, and explore the world behind Wuliangye’s production.
We begin at the iconic Wuliangye Bottle Building before entering the Wuliangye Ecological Park. Passing through the impressive East Gate of Wuliangye, we arrive at the Wuliangye Group headquarters, where the scale and structure of the brand become more visible.
The journey then continues to the Wuliangye dedicated grain (sorghum) modern agricultural base in Tianquan Village, Simianshan Town, Jiang’an County, offering insight into the origin of a fine spirit. Finally, we stroll through the Wuliangye Wetland Park, where ecology and baijiu culture exist in harmony.

Into the World of Baijiu | Mianzhu, Sichuan EP7
In this episode, we follow Tian’an into Mianzhu, Sichuan, the birthplace of Jian Nan Chun.
We begin at the Black Dragon Pool flower fields of Jiuding Mountain, where alpine landscapes and blooming fields come together in natural harmony. The journey continues through Qingping Township and Jiulong Town, offering a glimpse into Mianzhu’s blend of scenery and local culture.
We then visit the Jian Nan Chun Group, gaining a deeper understanding of the brand’s development and production system. From there, we explore the historic Tianyi Laohào distillery workshop, where traditional craftsmanship has been preserved across generations.

In this episode, we continue following Tian’an into Mianzhu, Sichuan, to explore the heritage and craftsmanship behind Jian Nan Chun.
We begin at the Jian Nan Chun Liquor History Museum, tracing the legacy of a thousand-year-old brewing tradition. The journey then takes us to the Jian Nan Chun Tang Dynasty National Liquor Ecological Park, where nature and brewing come together in harmony.
Next, we visit Sichuan Jian Nan Chun (Group) Co., Ltd. to learn more about the brand’s development and history. In this episode, we follow Tian An on a journey through Luzhou, Sichuan Province.
Beginning at the scenic Luzhou Fangshan Mountain, we take in the beauty of its natural landscapes before exploring the city streets of Luzhou, where the saying “Water built the city, while baijiu gave it its soul; the city is known for its liquor, and the liquor thrives with the city” reflects the unique character of this famous liquor city.
