On February 28, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd successfully hosted the 2024 Chinese New Year Core Partner Appreciation Banquet themed “Auspicious Dragon Welcomes the New Year, Together We Create the MEI Future” at VOCO Orchard. Esteemed guests from various sectors gathered to celebrate the festive season in a joyous and harmonious atmosphere.

The evening featured a meticulously curated showcase of fine baijiu, including Moutai Zodiac (Year of the Rabbit), Moutai Prince, Moutai Aged 30 Years, Jiangmen Classic (Craftsman Edition), Moutai 1935, Moutai Chun, Moutai Constellation Series, Moutai Aged 15 Years, Moutai Prince (Classic Sauce Aroma), Moutai Chun (Elegant Sky Blue Edition), and Moutai Boutique. Guests gained a deeper appreciation for the essence of the Moutai brand.
In addition, other prestigious baijiu brands distributed by Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd were presented.
A special Moutai Cocktail Bar added a modern twist, serving signature cocktails such as Moutai Mojito and Moutai Mimosa, offering guests a refreshing and memorable tasting experience.
The evening welcomed remarks from Dr. Zhou Yuyun, Minister Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy, and Mr. Xiao Jianghua, Director of the China Cultural Center and China National Tourist Office in Singapore.
In his address, Dr. Zhou noted:
“Baijiu, as a representative of Chinese liquor culture, has been part of many touching stories in Chinese diplomacy. We look forward to President Yun using baijiu as a bridge to catalyze new chapters of China-Singapore friendship.”

The evening officially commenced with the traditional Lo Hei (Prosperity Toss), symbolizing abundance and good fortune. Guests joyfully exchanged Lunar New Year blessings, raising their glasses in unison to celebrate the arrival of a new year filled with prosperity and happiness.
The evening dazzled with a spectacular LED Dragon & Lion Dance, followed by the lively entrance of the God of Fortune carrying a golden ingot. Traditional Chinese dance and instrumental performances further enhanced the festive atmosphere, while the banquet concluded with a lively performance by street artist duo Psquare 四方行, leaving the audience immersed in music and joy.。

Traditional Chinese dance and instrumental performances further enhanced the festive atmosphere, while the banquet concluded with a lively performance by street artist duo Psquare 四方行, leaving the audience immersed in music and joy.
The lucky draw featured a 500ml bottle of Feitian Moutai, presented by Mr. Zeng Shisheng, Former Senior Minister of State, to the delight of the winners.
